How do the organic dulse flakes grow?
Our dulse is harvested in the north of Ireland. Here we have optimal growing conditions for a nutrient-rich dulse. A very clear difference is that it is not a farm or offshore farm, but real dulse seaweed growing on the coastal rocks.
Dulse is now grown on ropes in the sea, but this does not reflect the natural environment. The rough sea in the north of Ireland means that the algae has to cling more tightly to the rocks than in France or Spain, which is why you can expect a stronger dulse.
You always need nutrients to gain strength. What is special is that the harvesting area is in a nature reserve. There is a natural coast there. Here the individual algae are harvested by hand and carried out of the protected area on foot. 100% power for pure algae enjoyment.
Why does the color fluctuate?
Our Dulse is a 100% natural product. Dulse grows all year round on the rough, wild Atlantic coast and is therefore exposed to the seasons.
The absence of sun, eg when there is a lot of rain in summer or winter, gives the dulse a beautiful purple color, whereas with more sun the dulse is less intense in color. This has to do with the bleaching effect of the sun. The sunnier it is, the more the dulse loses color.
Because we refuse to add color to the dulse, the color varies throughout the year. This allows you to see what the weather was like in Ireland when the dulse was growing and harvested. The function of the dulse is not affected by the color, but by its freshness.
We always have fresh dulse in our jars because, out of love for nature and in accordance with nature conservation laws, we cannot harvest large quantities. That's why you always get what nature gives us.

What is the best way to store the products?
It is important to understand that our products do not contain any additives. This means that there are no stability additives like those used by other companies, which sometimes do not have to be declared ...
Therefore, always screw it on tightly. Do not store it in a place that is too warm (below 21 degrees) and do not place it in direct sunlight.
For blueberry, dragon fruit and vitamin C capsules, we definitely recommend storing them in the cellar or even the refrigerator for longer periods of time. Once opened, these three products should be consumed as freeze-dried powders absorb moisture from the surrounding air and some of it gets in every time they are opened.
Can I take all the products together?
That depends. First of all, it is important to understand that we are talking about "whole foods". All of our products, except for D3K2 and K2, are whole foods.
