The young barley grasses grow in the American state of Utah . The area is very special because the soil here is incredibly rich in minerals . The 20 million years of volcanic activity here have created some of the most nutrient-rich soil in the world. Here you can find ancient minerals that are no longer found in the soil in this quantity in most places in the world.
No pesticides or other agents are or have been used on the organically certified soils.
The growing area is extremely far away from larger cities or industries. Because of this distance, we have to pay an enormous surcharge so that the organic barley grass juice powder can be transported out of the region. But it's worth it. The nutritional values are fantastic and the taste is just as it should be.
🛡 Drying and bottling
The young barley grasses are harvested and juiced immediately. Thanks to the patented drying process and the absence of oxygen, the barley grass juice is dried gently ( below 41 degrees ) and is therefore raw food .
Just one degree Celsius more would destroy the chlorophyll and the nutrients. The fresh powder is imported oxygen-free and chilled and filled into our violet jars in Germany without any additives or flow agents.

Barley grass juice powder oxidizes in plastic containers and paper packs over time and loses quality from the day of production. In VIOLET GLASS this is impossible, as it increases the shelf life and also maintains the freshness and quality.
Our violet glass also prevents the biophontones from escaping from the raw material.

Dosage: Stir 1 teaspoon per day into water, smoothie, bowl, juice, etc.
Juice powder is extremely moisture-absorbing: we recommend using the jar at normal intervals after opening. Always screw the lid tightly and store in the fridge if possible. If you use the powder for 2 weeks and then leave the jar in a warm apartment for months, it may clump/harden.

How do I store juice powder correctly?
Juice powder naturally tends to clump easily unless fillers (additives) are added.
In Germany, if the amount is below a certain level, the additive does not have to be noted on the label. This is why it is usually not mentioned. This is a deception of the customer. We refuse to use stabilizers.
Store below 21 degrees. In summer, keep in the fridge. Always shake well before opening, if necessary, knock it down on the table, then the agglumers will break down again.
Barley grass juice powder that has already been opened should also be consumed at the normal rate, as it continually draws in moist air when it is opened and closed. This is not a problem as long as you don't put it back in the cupboard unused for months.
Why does the barley grass juice sometimes have a slightly different color?
Our barley grass juice powder is a 100% natural product. The grass grows all year round in the isolated fields in Utah and is exposed to the seasons .
The angle of the sun , the hours of sunshine and the weather have an immense influence on the color of the powder . This can vary. Since we refuse to " touch up " the powder with colorants , the color naturally fluctuates. The function of the powder is not influenced by the color , but by its freshness.
Packaging and transport are crucial , as no oxygen can get into the packaging. This is often seen in paper and plastic packaging , where the powder oxidizes . This is why it is so important to purchase nutritional supplements from a trusted source.
Why does it taste a bit bitter?

What is the best way to store the products?
It is important to understand that our products do not contain any additives. This means that there are no stability additives like those used by other companies, which sometimes do not have to be declared ...
Therefore, always screw it on tightly. Do not store it in a place that is too warm (below 21 degrees) and do not place it in direct sunlight.
For blueberry, dragon fruit and vitamin C capsules, we definitely recommend storing them in the cellar or even the refrigerator for longer periods of time. Once opened, these three products should be consumed as freeze-dried powders absorb moisture from the surrounding air and some of it gets in every time they are opened.
Can I take all the products together?
That depends. First of all, it is important to understand that we are talking about "whole foods". All of our products, except for D3K2 and K2, are whole foods. They contain a wide range of nutrients. The nutrients are utilized step by step in the digestive process at the right time and in the right place.
But if you have a mono selenium and a mono vitamin C, then they can cancel each other out.
If you have mono nutritional supplements from other companies, please separate them from ours, because natural and unnatural substances should be separated.
A few rules of thumb: keep green foods like spirulina away from antioxidants (vitamin C etc.) for 1.5 hours. Chlorophyll is not supposed to be completely compatible with antioxidants. Shipping to Packstation in summer and winter?
